7pm-9pm each week
The course is packed full of information about eating a more plant based diet, handy hints, recipes, top tips and, most importantly, food, as I will feed you as well! It includes sessions on eating out, family meals and even how to bake! With a maximum of 10 people, there will be lots of opportunity for questions as well as group support, and you will be encouraged to make your own determinations for the course, and beyond.
This course really can make a difference to the way you think about the food you eat and help you make long-term sustainable changes that will boost your energy and fill you with vitality.
The full price is £150 for 5 weeks and includes all sessions, food, recipes, weekly challenges and access to a dedicated Facebook group.
