Come and join us for a pre-festive supper club, packed full of tasty seasonal dishes. Everything is plant based and gluten free, with no refined oils and low in sugar – but packed with flavour.

“Mother Nature is a wonderful provider. There is a multitude of food for us to choose from, packed with the nutrients we need to survive and flourish on our beautiful plant earth. Moving from the UK to India for a few years gave me the opportunity to study nutritional medicine as well as attend a number of courses about the benefits of eating a plant based wholefood diet. I have come to understand the amazing healing properties of food as well as discover gorgeously tasty recipes. I’m passionate about what I do and will explain the nutritional value of each dish as it’ is served, and in what way this can promote health, or deal with health problems, the aim being that both the mind and tastebuds are nourished.
