It’s summer and the weather is warm and tropical – maybe not! Never fear, even if the sun doesn’t shine, this supper club will whisk you away to the warmer climes, with dishes inspired by my time living in Southern India.
Fresh and tantilising chucumber salad
Aromatic summer vegetable and coconut broth
Aubergine masala, mater tofu, spiced green beans and fragrent coconut rice
Sumptuous raw mango and cardomom ‘cheesecake’.

“Mother Nature is a wonderful provider. There is a multitude of food for us to choose from, packed with the nutrients we need to survive and flourish on our beautiful plant earth. Moving from the UK to India for a few years gave me the opportunity to study nutritional medicine as well as attend a number of courses about the benefits of eating a plant based wholefood diet. I have come to understand the amazing healing properties of food as well as discover gorgeously tasty recipes. I’m passionate about what I do and will explain the nutritional value of each dish as it’ is served, and in what way this can promote health, or deal with health problems, the aim being that both the mind and tastebuds are nourished. I look forward to a fun, informative and tasty evening! ”
