am very much enjoying teaching yoga at the lovely Jane’s Place. Each class is 90 minutes long,including cool down and relaxation and costs just £10 per classwhen booked as a chunk for the half term course. Classes are run Monday and Wednesday evenings and Tuesday mornings.
The classes include a variety of postures to produce a strong, dynamic practice to help develop flexibility, strength, balance and fitness, as well as relaxation and release. My style of teaching focuses on developing your self-awareness and making sure that everyone is working within their own limits, so please don’t worry if you haven’t practised for a while, those limits will change with time and practice.
The benefits of such a small class, there will be only 5 of you, include individual attention and also the fact that I can tailor the class to fit the group. So please let me know if there is anything particular that you are hoping to get from the classes.
